Polish Moving Experts offer a variety of services in order to become your one stop removal solution. We try to deliver excellent services with all of our prices being as low as possible. Below are some examples of the different services we can provide across both the private and commercial sector.

Suitable for students and very small removals in London and the surrounding areas from £30.The service includes a driver and a high top panel van. After 1 hour of service, hourly rates are charged in 30 minutes increments. We include 5 miles travel free of charge to any destination, after which you will be charged £1.20 per mile.

Suitable for small households, furniture shops and light deliveries. We use Luton vans which are tall enough to hold an American fridge or medium sized wardrobe. After 1 hour of service, hourly rates are charged in 30 minutes increments. We include 5 miles travel free of charge to any destination, after which you will be charged £1.20 per mile.

A full removal package that includes all packaging and storage if required. We begin by providing a free no obligation estimate for the price of your move, a service that can save you a lot of money and stress. During the moving process we will pack all of your personal belongings with a detailed list of the number of boxes, fragile items, pictures, and furniture. We take photos of all furniture and fragile items and place them in a diary of this specific move. For IT equipment, you can book a visit from our IT specialist who will pack and secure all of your belongings. Furthermore, we are one of the few companies which offer complete handy man services, and can also arrange visits from one of our friendly associated building companies. We have certified personnel able to disconnect all gas and electric cookers and unplug washing machines. We also move all antiques, pianos and pictures in separate vehicles that have temperature control technology installed.

We have an AMAZING offer for all customers booking our daily services for 10 hours, as our clients will only be charged only for eight hours! That’s 2 HOURS COMPLETELY FREE! We can start at any time between 7.00 am and 10.00am, and it is an extremely good offer for all customers buying/renting new properties. See the below table for more information.

Surcharges

For Sunday and Evening services (after 9pm) we charge 20% extra per service.

For Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Years Eve services, we charge 20% extra per service.

Polish Moving Experts must collect £8.00 to cover congestion charges (if applicable) plus any fees or parking fines.

Prices include the first five miles of the journey completely free of charge. After 5 miles customers will be charged £1.20 per mile on hourly and daily rates. The fixed prices include fuel.

• For more than 20 items please contact Polish Moving Experts for the right, affordable price.
• The total weight of any single item can't be more than 30kg.
• Easy access to goods required.
• Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines incurred will be added to the cost of the final bill.
• Extra payment of £8 required if travelling through the congestion zone.
• All items have to be packed and properly sealed with tape. The items should then be marked with colour or number code.
• All floors above the 5th floor of buildings should have working escalators or lifts. If this isn’t the case, an extra member of staff or help from customers might be required.
• Prices are based on pick up and drop off from floors between the basement and third floor only.

Polish Moving Experts are very competitive with providing racking and shelving systems. We offer a wide range of new and used products, starting from single bays and shelves, all the way up to complicated big systems in warehouses. Terms and Conditions:

• Customer can choose between hourly rates daily rates or fixed price given by our office.
• Minimum charge is one hour for all services we provide or fixed priced if agreed except vehicles 7.5 tonne and over. For those vehicles we have minimum three hours charge.  After 1 hour, rates are charged in 30 minutes increments if customers choose hourly rates.
• Extra payment of £8 required if travelling through the congestion charge.
• We charge £1.20 for every mile over 5 miles journey. On fixed prices this expenses is cover by our company.
• We dispose only light rubbish like broken furniture, empty carton boxes...Wit fridges and other heavy equipment will be extra charge.
• All drives from Polish Moving Experts use navigation system. When client would like to go different way, driver should accept this and follow customer guides.
• Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines incurred will be added to the cost of the final bill.
• Debit or Credit card details are required to secure a booking. Payments will be processed on completion of the job. We do not accept cheque or Amex.
• It is the client’s responsibility to be present at all addresses concerned throughout the emergency process. PME will not be held responsible if the property is left unattended.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cease or stop the job at any point if our staffs are abused - verbally or otherwise.
• If you postpone or cancel after your booking is confirmed you will be charged 50% of the confirmed quote.
